Who Can Review
- Clients can review talent after completed jobs
- Talent can review clients after completed jobs
- Only verified completed bookings can be reviewed
Review Components
- Star Rating - 1-5 stars overall
- Written Feedback - Detailed comments
- Category Ratings - Specific aspects rated
Leaving a Review
- Job must be marked complete
- Go to the booking details
- Click Leave Review
- Rate and provide feedback
- Submit (reviews are visible once both parties review)
Review Guidelines
- Be honest and fair
- Focus on the work experience
- No personal attacks or defamation
- Can't be edited after 24 hours
